A DIY total re-fit in 2009 has made this boat into a spacious 2 berth.

Saloon Area:

The forward saloon area provides seating for six persons; the single leg dining table is easily detached and forms the centre part for a very large double bed at night.

The hull sides of the saloon area are covered with a soft green carpet to match the décor of the rest of the boat. The seating is covered with a striped acrylic fabric of purple & green.

The ceiling is lined throughout with pine tongue & groove planking and has four halogen down-lighters fitted on the port-side.

There are two additional windows giving the boat extra light and a very spacious feel. Venetian blinds are fitted on all the main cabin windows.

Galley Area Port Side:

A 3m. worktop has working surfaces either side of a built-in stainless steel combi unit comprising sink, drainer & 2 burner hob with a grill below.

Underneath, there are several large storage cupboards, one of which contains a built-in room-sealed Truma gas and 240 volt water boiler with thermostatic control. A cupboard below the grill has space to insert an oven if required. There is an Electrolux RM212 gas fridge which is BSS compliant.
At the end of the working surface is a small shelved cupboard.
Starboard Side:
Opposite the galley, finished in soft mid-green colour and with pine frames are the doors to the shower & wardrobe compartments.

The large shower compartment with tray & mixer taps also contains a Thetford C200 swivel bowl toilet with electric flush. Above the toilet, there is a fold-away basin with taps and a corner wall vanity unit.

Next to the shower compartment is a large, full-height wardrobe which includeds a hanging rail with hooks, and providing ample storage at floor level. The boat has an interlocking wood-strip floor thoughout.

A full headroom cockpit canopy and front well tonneau were fitted new in 2009. There are 4 roof vents.

The engine is a wheel steered, electric-start 4-stroke Evinrude 15 hp 2006 with a 22 litre petrol tank; a heavy duty aluminium rudder is fitted.
Outside in Rear Well:

The portside battery locker contains a 110 A/hr battery, battery isolator switch and a 240v mains input socket with the consumer RCD unit inside the locker.

The rearward starboard side locker contains 2no. 3.9kg. propane gas bottles.
The starboard hatch cover gives access to a 20 litre water tank for toilet flush, and is the removal point for the toilet cassette. The locker also contains the shower waste pump.There are two full-length cushions in waterproof fabric for the cockpit locker tops.
The boat is in good condition for its age and benefits from the recent re-fit.

The trailer is a fully galvanized 4-wheel model with a 2 way 2 speed winch, spare wheel and lighting board; the vendor may be willing to separate.

This boat has a Boat Safety Certificate to 2013
